STEP ONE

Upon arrival but before entry, people view the Notice with your Today's Code to self-register. When they text-in, their names, mobile numbers & arrival time are automatically registered on your Waiting List.

STEP TWO

When they register, your Customers receive an automated confirmation on their mobile phones. Instead of standing in your waiting room or outside, they're free to wait anywhere eg local cafe, park bench or in the car.

STEP THREE

You can send a quick text confirming you're on time or running late, or just hit the "Come Now" button to send a standard automated text confirming it's time to enter your premises for their appointments or other services.

MemboQ is a prepaid service.

COSTS

Service Fee: $20 per month for any size business which includes 200 *standard text messages and the use of our generic text-in number.

Optional Exclusive Text-In Number: One-off setup fee $50 plus $300 per annum or $40 per month.

Additional SMS Credit: Minimum $30 Auto Topup
SMS Cost: 10 cents per *standard text message of up to 160 alpha-numeric characters. Contact us for bulk message discounts.
*All costs include GST.

HOW TOPUPS WORK

Service Fees are automatically topped up at the beginning of each month.

Additional SMS credit is topped up by your designated amount when available credit drops below $20. Unlike some other services, your additional SMS credit does not time out, and you can cancel the service at any time
